The Harvey House, a newly updated home, provides guests a cozy, fun place to unwind. Located on a large corner lot, guests have access to a huge backyard AND gaming shed with a lovely deck. Great little cottage near Wilmington and U of Delaware. Beautifully decorated, super-comfy beds, zero wasted space, awesome “shed shed.” Enthusiastically recommended.

Pros
1. Very gracious and responsive host
2. The host took it upon himself to get me a drip coffee pot and an icemaker.
3. The bathroom was perfect, the shower head was really nice, nice thick towels, well-placed towel rack, even a bidet toilet seat.
4. Bed was super comfortable
5. Kitchen was small but very well equipped
6. the bedrooms both had a chest of drawers
Cons
1. the road noise made it difficult for sleeping although I did manage to get a good night sleep some nights.
2. Having to park on the street was kind of a nuisance
3. If your business or personal activities are in the Philadelphia suburbs the drive was long and often heavy traffic

Beautiful interior design and amenities. Came to the state for the first time and enjoyed ourselves. The She Shed was a great addition to the experience. There was no hot tub as described so that should be removed from the description. I would definitely recommend this home.
