This spacious 3.5-room apartment is located in a quiet residential complex in Immenstaad. The town center—with shopping, restaurants, doctors, and pharmacies—as well as the shores of Lake Constance are just a few minutes away.
The apartment is on the 3rd floor and is easily accessible by elevator. From the spacious entryway with a coat closet, you’ll find the bedroom with bunk beds, a bathroom with a shower and a small washing machine, and the large living/dining area. The sunny, south-facing balcony invites you to enjoy the magnificent view of the Alps when the weather is nice. From the living area, you have access to the fully equipped kitchen with its own dining area, the bedroom with a double bed, and a second bathroom with natural light and a bathtub.
The cozy and bright rooms offer the perfect retreat after an eventful day. Relax on the balcony with a glass of Lake Constance wine and unwind.
An outdoor parking space directly in front of the apartment complex is available for your use.
