Light and bright, this first floor condo lives well in a residential enclave on the edge of Downtown Aspen. Remodeled in 2018 featuring tile floors, radiant heat, gas fireplace, spacious kitchen with seating for four, private deck/patio, reserved off street parking space, washer and dryer in the unit, reverse osmosis drinking water tap, electric shades and more! Located just a 1/2 block from the grocery store, 2 blocks from the Aspen Mountain Gondola, 1 block from the Aspen Art Museum. STR 069528
