NEW T3 apartment in house (55m²), renovated at the end of 2022. In the heart of Luchon in a peaceful area close to all amenities (300m from the church) to accommodate 4 people. Breathtaking view of the +3000m from your sofa. Very bright living room with its large windows, fully equipped open kitchen.
A 700m² fenced garden is at your disposal with its picnic area and bike room.
Apartment T3 in a freshly renovated house (December 2022), the equipment and bedding are new.
The house is located 500 m from the lifts, 900 m from the thermal baths, 300 m from the center and enjoys the sun from morning to evening thanks to its central location in the valley and its southern exposure. No shade of the building, residential area exclusively.
Fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, ceramic hob, traditional oven, coffee maker, kettle, raclette set, battery-powered stick vacuum cleaner...) with plenty of storage space and large worktop, minimum height under creeping in kitchen 2 meters, no worries for the adults.
Spacious living room with views of the +3000 mountains from the sofa and large windows, not overlooked, connected TV with free high-speed WIFI thanks to fiber.
A bathroom with its large shower (100x80), separate toilet and private entrance on the first level. Locked ski room.

Spacious and comfortable apartment in quiet area of Bagneres de Luchon with easy access to facilities in the centre of the town. No air conditioning in the apartment, which was on the top floor and as the weather was in the 30s when we were there in July it was necessary for us to buy a fan to ventilate the apartment so that we could sleep comfortably. Dishwasher and washing machine very useful. The only thing missing was an iron and ironing board.
