About this villa rental
Independent house with lovely outdoor spaces, just a few metres to the beach - direct access to the sea, in the first row and with direct access to the coast, in Ostuni.
The house is accessible through a driveway entrance, with an automatic gate, shared with the house next door (Villetta Tisbe).
Through a large veranda that runs along the house on two sides, guests enter the very cozy and large living room, furnished with a dining table, a decorative fireplace, a TV and a sofa. From here guests access the bathroom with shower and the independent kitchen in the shades of green, well equipped and also fitted with an oven and a toaster.
The interior continues with the sleeping area, composed of a bedroom with a queen size bed, one with twin beds and the last one with a single bed and a pull-out single bed (the beds in the last two rooms can be joined together on request). In this area there is also a second bathroom with shower.
At guests' disposal also air conditioning located in the corridor cooling the entire house, heating and free wi-fi.
Guests will benefit from beautiful outdoor spaces, consisting of two gardens - a smaller one facing the sea and a larger one behind the house - and two verandas, with tables for outdoor dining, barbecue and deck chairs to relax in the sun.
*The villa also has an outdoor shower and a parking space in the driveway in common with the adjacent Villetta Tisbe, which has 6 additional beds.

Ostuni, the White City, is known as the pearl of Valle d’Itria. Its historic center, of a dazzling and immense white, shows its best with the famous Cathedral that dominates the olive trees plain, the park of the coastal dunes and a crystal clear sea. The narrow alleys are very particular, as well as Piazza della Libertà and S. Oronzo column, that majestically protects the city.
Its countryside reaches the heart of Valle d’Itria. Our guests can easily discover the amazing places of our land from here: Ceglie Messapica, historic town with a strong food and wine tradition; Cisternino, known as one of the most beautiful village in Italy; Alberobello, which is famous for its ancient dwellings, Trullos, world heritage since 1996. Driving 30 kms north our guests can visit the archeological park of Egnazia, or even Polignano a Mare and Monopoli, old fishermen villages with evocative historic centers and enchanting beaches. Going further north, there is Bari, Eastern threshold, meanwhile driving south guests will have the chance to discover the Marine Protected Area of Torre Guaceto, then Brindisi and further Lecce, capital of Barocco. Towards West there is Taranto, the heart of Magna Grecia (ancient Greece), and then Matera, known for its “sassi” (ancient cave dwellings) and nominated European Capital of culture for 2019.
Brindisi (30 minutes) and Bari (60 minutes) are the closest airports to Ostuni.
Cleaning is included in the total price.
Check-in takes place between 15.00 and 20.00 and must be confirmed at least 48 hours in advance.
Check-out must take place by 10.00.
Check-in or check-out requests for out-of-hours times may be possible according to the facility and the team's availability. An additional cost ranging from € 20 to € 40 will be charged for arrivals after 20.00.
Parties or other events at home cannot be organized.
Smoking is not permitted inside or outside the home.
Animals are not allowed unless specified otherwise.

The Villa is in a great position, 20 minute walks to free sandy coves also to one paid umbrella beach in the town. In June none were too busy. As a base the Villa is also a convenient 15 minutes to the train station. Trains to Lecce take 50 minutes and a 90 minute drive to Matera. The Villa is on the edge of the town and day time is very quiet. It should be noted that the Hotel complex next door has musical entertainment that starts at sunset and continues until 01.00am. The double glazing and A.C. stop it being too much of a nuisance. As to The Villa, the bathrooms are small but clean and everything works. The double bed is firm and comfortable. The furniture all through is simple and clean however considering there are beds for 6, there are only 4 dining chairs, this shortage continues into the kitchen with only 3 wine glasses, 4 water glasses and most important!! no corkscrew.. Ther was also insufficient cleaning materials.Externally there are only 2 loungers but plenty of sitting chairs. The outside veranda is a delight, shady with an excellent view of the sea.Of note, parking is not where it is described as in shared. Its on the public track in front of the beach.Another note is the bed sheets and towels were not changed on a 15 day rent.The big question is would we go back and the answer is yes. We had a great holiday.

Great location for access to the seacoast. Unfortunately, the furniture is tired and could use with updating.
The property management team communicated well and fixed items promptly when raised.
