I highly recommend this property. The Indian River to Atlantic Ocean property offered a variety of rental accommodations and amenities. Our house was perfectly suited to our three adult children and their families. The pool, theater, game room and the arcade games area really rounded out the house. Plenty of beds and baths...even a bathroom next to the pool. Short walk to the beach and larger Villatel family pool which was walk in with fountains for smaller children. Lots of little restaurants and boutiques nearby and bigger shopping options a short drive away. Easy to get to from I95. Best "adult" family vacation so far. Thank you so much.

Nice house near the beach but a bit far from activities. Expected more of a hotel experience given it is called Villatel but that was lacking. Hotel activities did not happen.

I thoroughly enjoyed peaceful evenings and rejuvenating sleep after spending my days at family events. It's a wonderful neighborhood that offers great opportunities for leisurely walks.
