Bring your whole family or friends group to "Liquid Sunshine", a poolside beach retreat with lots of room for fun. You'll enjoy easy beach access just a short walk across the street. This well-appointed townhome features three levels of living space, with each level offering outdoor seating/decking. You'll be just minutes from dining, shopping and all the activities Atlantic Beach, Morehead City, and Emerald Isle have to offer.

"Liquid Sunshine", located in popular Seaside Villas, is a 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom poolside townhome that is perfect for your next family vacation, or a friends' getaway. The ground-level patio leads right out to the community pool. Just across the parking lot is a small playground for the kids. A quick walk down the street and you'll also have sound-side access.
Bedroom 1: King | Bedroom 2: Queen | Bedroom 3: 2 Bunk Beds (Double/Single)
First Floor: Easy keyless entry leads you into the main living, kitchen, and dining areas. The kitchen and dining areas feature plenty of seating and lots of room to cook and serve your favorite meals. The back patio offers seating and a charcoal grill. The living area features a smart TV and games for fun and entertainment.
Second Floor: Stairs lead up to the next floor where you'll find Bedrooms 2 and 3. Full-size washer/dryer in the hallway closet. Bedroom 3 features a covered porch overlooking the pool.
Third Floor: The top floor of "Liquid Sunshine" features the entire master suite (Bedroom 1) and another porch overlooking the pool.
Parking - First come first serve for up to two cars.
No smoking of any kind inside or outside the townhome. Additional cleaning fees apply.
No parties/events.
Dogs allowed with a $150 non-refundable pet fee. 2 dog maximum.

You can tell this property is ran by a Realistate company. Just lacks the personal touch. Very generic rental property. Also smells like cat urine/liter box. Especially in master bedroom. Not sure if it’s the carpet or the plumbing. Was not as clean as I would like. Windows are not clean and the walls look like water has run all down them. The paint that was used to patch up is a completely different color. Just a OK property. Condo is very close to beach and has great proximity to the community pool.
