About this apartment rental
The La Marina residence is a small, brand-new (2019) apartment complex in Isola Rossa, a charming fishing village along the enchanting Costa Rossa (so named for the color of its rock formations), just 200 m from the wide Spiaggia Longa, the area's main beach, which has also been awarded a blue flag.
Access to the beach is free, and there are also several bathing establishments and restaurants by the sea.
Then 900 m. (10 minutes' walk) away awaits the Marinedda, considered one of the most beautiful beaches in northern Sardinia.
Li Feruli beach also offers access to dogs and is a 10-minute drive (6 km) away, and the Aquafantasy water park is only a 5-minute drive (3 km) away.
The 65-square-meter apartment is located on the second floor and consists of a cozy living/dining room with kitchenette and sofa bed for two, two double bedrooms, and two windowed bathrooms complete with shower, thus accommodating up to six adults.
Amenities also include air conditioning and heating in all rooms, washing machine, 40-inch LED TV, WiFi, in-room safe, dishwasher, induction cooktop, microwave oven, and a range of small and convenient appliances. Crockery and cutlery are part of the equipment.
Private covered parking is available free of charge and is accessible by an outdoor ramp and connected by an indoor pedestrian staircase. There is a large area in the basement garage where waste can be sorted on a daily basis, thus avoiding accumulation in the house.
A large terrace equipped with an awning and outdoor table and chairs provides a perfect place to have breakfast or eat outside and relax, enjoying the sea breeze.
The historic center of Isola Rossa, which can be reached quickly on foot by walking along the scenic waterfront promenade, is full of typical restaurants, lounge bars, bistros, wine bars etc... perfect for passing the hours with a few drinks, good food and a good time.
The waterfront promenade, which especially in the evening comes alive with a discreet nightlife, leads to the picturesque marina, equipped with all the necessary services and facilities for unforgettable boat trips along the varied coastline as well as for diving in the beautiful seabed of the area.
Within 200 meters of the house is a large supermarket where you can do your grocery shopping and shopping of all kinds, as well as in the many stores and mini-markets in the village, all within walking distance in a few minutes.
