This spacious estate in the unspoiled eastern part of Mallorca offers an oasis of tranquility combined with the highest level of comfort, thanks to its warm and inviting atmosphere. As soon as you arrive, you’ll quickly realize that, unlike most other fincas, great emphasis has been placed on originality and coziness without sacrificing modern comforts. You’ll instantly feel at home and welcome.
Three high-end suites with private bathrooms, a separate children’s room, and a stately living area that impresses with its exceptional spaciousness leave nothing to be desired. Up to 8 people can enjoy a comfortable vacation at the finca.
The elaborately renovated chill-out pool area, nestled in a park-like garden, as well as a cozy BBQ area, perfectly round out a stay in one of Mallorca’s most beautiful locations.
Upon request, we also offer a wide range of services:
from childcare to a reliable housekeeper, bicycle, motorcycle, or boat rentals, as well as grocery shopping or chauffeur services, and the option of a yoga and Pilates instructor or a private chef.
THE FINCA
Finca Sa Murtera uniquely combines natural charm with luxurious modern flair:
Built in the 17th century, it has been lovingly restored using original materials and equipped with state-of-the-art home technology.
The approximately 450 square meters of living space is divided into a spacious entry hall with a separate coat closet and guest restroom, a stately living room with a large dining area and fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, a library with a fireplace, and an office area with wireless internet. Three suites with en suite bathrooms round out the comfortable living experience.
A separate house features an additional guest room with a bathroom, a small kitchen, and an utility room.
Sa Murtera spoils its residents in every season:
During the summer months, guests can enjoy the day on large, partially covered terraces and by the chill-out pool, while in the evening, the BBQ area with an outdoor fireplace is a favorite gathering spot. At night, the air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures in the suites.
The insulated building, with its underfloor heating, protects against the slightly cooler winter weather. At the very latest when the olive wood crackles in the fireplaces, a cozy and pleasant atmosphere takes hold.
SALON
The former barn now houses an open-concept living-dining-and-fireplace area, which exudes a stately flair with its ceilings—some as high as 5 meters—and natural stone walls. Here, you can sit comfortably by the fireplace, watch TV, or listen to music. There’s a stereo system with an iPhone/iPod connection and a large HD flat-screen satellite TV with a DVD player. The dining table seats up to 12 people, allowing everyone to enjoy the space.
KITCHEN
The rustic yet modern kitchen invites guests who love to cook to let their creativity run wild. Equipped with everything your heart desires—including a Miele wine refrigerator, a Bora cooktop, a Miele dishwasher, an oven, a Jura coffee machine, high-quality cutlery, and Mediterranean tableware—it leaves nothing to be desired.
STUDIO The studio features a library with a wood-burning stove, as well as an office area with Wi-Fi. Here, you can work comfortably while enjoying views of the garden and the patio.
SUITES Three spacious suites, each with its own bathroom and air conditioning.
EL SOL SUITE
This suite is located to the right of the entrance. It consists of two adjacent rooms connected by a door. The first room features a small living area with a pull-out sofa. The second room has a double bed and a walk-in closet. The newly renovated bathroom behind it includes two sinks, a shower, and a toilet. The bathroom door also leads directly to the garden and offers the shortest route to the pool. This suite can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children.
LOS ANGELES SUITE
This suite is located behind the studio. It features a double bed, a closet, a desk, and a bathroom with two sinks, a shower, and a toilet.
From this suite, you can enjoy a wonderful view of the sunrise over the fields in the morning.
LA ESTRELLA SUITE
This suite features the master bedroom with a double bed, a closet, and a dresser. There is also a spacious bathroom with two sinks, a bathtub, a shower, and a toilet. This suite is ideal for parents with a child, as it also includes a children’s room with a bunk bed.

We are a group of two adults and 6 teens and we absolutely loved our stay. The house and the Property are so big and peaceful, really well equipped, great pool area, so much better than the overcrowded beaches. We cooked quite a bit and the Kitchen is great. Would love to come back one day:-)

Just a quick review to say thank you so much for the use of your amazing villa...
The property was beautiful, literally perfect, we all loved it and really enjoyed our stay.
Simone was also very good and extremely helpful which made our stay even more comfortable.
We will certainly come back, already looking forward to returning again soon.
