About this house rental
Charming cottage set in a landscape architect designed English Country Garden. Located in New London, one of New England's prettiest Towns on one it's loveliest streets. Close to golf at Lake Sunapee Country Club and the Country Club of New Hampshire, Colby Sawyer College, the Barn Playhouse, Elkins Beach on Pleasant Lake and short drives to Lake Sunapee and skiing at the Mount Sunapee Ski Resort and Ragged Mountain.
The space
Elegant Dining Room adjacent to fully equipped Designer Kitchen with handcrafted cabinets, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances.
Opens to Family Room with high, dramatic cathedral ceilings with gas fireplace sleeper sofa and television. Warm, traditionally furnished Living Room with well stocked bookcases provide plenty of time for more quiet relaxation.
One Bedroom features a comfortable Queen Bed, the other two twin bed.
Outside the house is mostly surrounded by a wrap deck that affords privacy and extra space to entertain guests, Or just enjoy the peace and quiet of each unique New Hampshire season from the sprawling lawn.

All of the rooms inside the house plus the Garage. Washer and Dryer in the Basement. The outside garden and lawn.

We had a wonderful stay at Art and Jeanne’s cottage! The house was delightful, clean and cute just like the pictures, the kitchen well stocked, and it was a cozy haven to come back to after our long days outdoors. Hope to come back and see the garden in the summer! Highly recommend!
