The house was fine. It definitely needs a deep clean and maybe a refresh. The couch in the living room only seats 3 when it has 5 bedrooms. Needs way more seating in the living room. Otherwise, great place for a Disney and Universal vacation.

While this home was fine in terms of meeting basic needs, it misses the mark when it comes to being the top of the line place it is trying to be. The neighborhood overall needs upkeep and overall management. There were cars parked on lawns and all over the street making maneuvering through the community difficult. A neighbor had their car in front of the rental the entire time we were there, making parking extremely difficult for us. Inside the house was tidy but needed a deep clean as baseboards were covered in dust and the dishwasher didn’t work. Furniture was sparse so sitting together in the living room and outside was impossible. Cooking was a challenge due to minimal supplies being present. Overall I would say the home is fine but falls short of being great and I likely will not stay with this company again.
