Could probably use a little maintenance work. There were a few minor things that we noticed while we were there like the main door had to be lifted to get the deadbolt to lock. I had to buy an allen wrench to reattach the handle to the storm door because the set screw wasnt tightened all the way. But overall it was pretty good. The family had a great time and we loved the location.

We enjoyed our stay here, visiting Land between the lakes and the surrounding area. We had two adults and our four kids so we were thankful for everyone to have their own bed. The decks were nice and the weather was great while we were there. Location was convenient for accessing LBL through the north or south entrances. The bedrooms were not as clean as we would like, and some parts of the house had very clearly not been cleaned since the last people stayed there. We also would have appreciated things being better stocked (k cups, TP) for 6 people staying 4 nights. Overall positive.

This is a great location! 2 bedrooms with doors, another 3 beds in a common area, which are all in the basement. We had a good vacation with only a few hiccups. There is a back deck, but some of the furniture was not ideal for sitting. There was an odor when we first arrived, but disappeared after getting the a/c on. We also found a bottle with cigarette butts on it outside, and had to ask for someone to come and remove it which we did. When looking for silverware in the kitchen, we also found packs of cigarettes. Not ideal for a rental in my opinion, but we made the best of it. Beds were comfy and the location was great.
