Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers you this charming 165 m² single-storey house in Sare to rent, which can accommodate up to 8 people. It has a lovely 40 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms and a bathroom. Sheets and towels are included - we're waiting for you!
The accommodation, which is accessed by an outside staircase, is arranged as follows:
Day area:
- A 40 m² living room with sofa, armchairs, TV, fireplace (wood not provided)
- A kitchen opening onto a dining room, equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
Sleeping area:
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 2: double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 3: double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 4: two single beds (120x200)
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
For added convenience: washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A west-facing balcony 8 metres long and 1.20 metres wide.
- A small open space is available near the private car park where you will have access to a plancha and an outdoor dining area.
The house is ideally located in Sare, in a very pleasant and peaceful setting, with mountain views. The Spanish border is around 4 kilometres away. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park, which can accommodate up to 4 vehicles.
