Prepare for fun on this large one of a kind property on Dewart Lake. This house is located at the end of the lane in a quiet wooded area. Water fun anytime of the year. Boating and swimming in the summer, ice fishing in the winter. You can do it all in this outdoor space it offers a large yard with room for playing games, a lakeside firepit with chairs for nighttime smore's and campfire stories. There are multiple piers on the property one for fishing bluegill, bass, pike and walleye and another for laying out in the summer sun and watching kids play in the shallow swim area. Large water mat included. Enjoy relaxing on the large deck that spans the length of the house. There are plenty of comfy seats as well as a dining table to enjoy meals outdoors. This property is full of large mature trees that offer wonderful shade when needed. Arrangements can be made with owner about bringing your own watercraft.
