after hours key collection worked well (about 1 km up the road), price was outstanding, elevators work well (3 to choose from). room on 12th floor, great location, glad we picked this place. Management contactable and good communication.Wasn't perfect: suggested improvements - spring clean - noticeable dust in unnoticable places (under beds , couch etc.)washing machine spin dry not working.no jug for waterwould return
