This location is also a quick drive to the 101 freeway entrance. So, if it's a trip to North Scottsdale, Tempe, the east valley, or the west valley, Flagstaff, or Tucson, visitors can start their trips in a jiffy. Or just enjoy staying put. Humming birds love the yard and patio just as much as visitors do. There's a fully equipped kitchen for the culinary enthusiast. And it's a comfortable place to settle in for a movie or a good book.

I was very impressed with this awesome cozy place to stay. I've stayed in Arizona 3 times and this is one place i will be back to stay. From the nice neighbor across the driveway to the beautiful sites at night and in the early mornings. You cant beat this place. A 10 out of 10 in my book.

Everything about our stay at this Yellow Door Bungalow was honestly perfect for us. The property location is great. The inside of the bungalow has been recently updated, so it provides a clean and comfortable living space that was perfect for the two of us. The property manager, CB, obviously has experience doing rentals. He was responded promptly to questions prior to and during our visit. In summary, if you are a couple looking for a great place to stay in the general Old Town area of Scottsdale, you could not find a better deal that this property.

Clean, very well stocked, great location, reasonably... competitively priced. We have been coming to spring training for 7 years. This is the only place we want to come back to the next year. We stayed 14 days this year. C Shipp (Blen), the host, good guy ...

Property was exactly as described and pictured. It was very clean and well kept. Host was very attentive and we appreciate that. We would not hesitate to stay here again.
