Enjoy a newly remodeled home right on Main Street that is near the hospital and convenient to all amenities. This 4 bedroom home has a first floor master suite with private bath and 3 beds and a bath upstairs. Large Living room has 2 sofa beds, stack washer/dryer, Huge TV. Kitchen with new appliances, all bedrooms have new tvs new beds, new fridges. Large lighted free parking area out back 8+ vehicles. Entire house was remodeled and refurnished in the fall/winter of 2021

This home is on Main St very close to the hospital. It is next door to other residential homes and across street from commercial properties McDonald’s Burger King etc.
Many amenities are within walking distance including fast food, local restaurants. House is 1.5 miles east of Downtown Lancaster. There is free parking around most of the town
Please ensure all guests are accounted for within your reservation; we can accommodate up to 2 per bedroom and 2 per sleeper sofa. If you need to alter the number of guests, please do so through Airbnb. Because Airbnb’s insurance and policies only cover guests, we DO NOT allow anyone that is not accounted for onto the property, even if they do not plan to stay the night. Unannounced guests will result in a $100 per guest, per night, charge to your account AND you will need to vacate immediately. Review the listing carefully to ensure all of your guests will be comfortable.
If you would like to request an early check-in or a late check-out, there will be an additional $40 fee, for up to 2 hours. If you check in more than 2 hours early or check out more than 2 hours late, you will be charged for an additional day.
Smoking is permitted OUTDOORS ONLY; an ashtray is provided on the patio. Smoking indoors will result in a $500 fine.
If kitchen trash container gets full, Please empty into larger trash container out back. Trash bags are under the sink. Same for bedrooms if staying longer stays or fill up trash, please empty into container out back. (don't empty bedroom trash into kitchen trash container to respect other guests)
Please wash your dishes either by hand or in dishwasher- Thanks!

The description of this house was very accurate in the advertising to the actual facility. The guest rooms and living space were more than comfortable for our group of 8. We really appreciated the cooperation of the owner for early check in! It was very clean with plenty of towels, soap, blankets, etc. Would highly recommend
