Kihei Kai Nani Bldg 9, #373 is a nicely-updated 1 bedroom, 1 bath unit on the third floor. It has a garden view, partial A/C (living room only), a fully-equipped kitchen, two Smart TVs, free wifi, and all new furniture. There is a queen bed and a ceiling fan in the bedroom. The living room is equipped with a window unit a/c, a ceiling fan, a Smart TV, and a sofa bed. The beautifully-updated bathroom features a walk-in shower. Kihei Kai Nani #9-373 is supplied with beach chairs, beach towels, and a cooler. The lanai is a great place to relax and enjoy the tropical garden view. A sparkling swimming pool and the coin-operated laundry room are conveniently located right across the parking lot from Building 12. Kihei Kai Nani #9-373 sleeps 4. Please note: This unit is on the third floor with no elevator available.

Kihei Kai Nani has a 60ft swimming pool, shuffleboard, gas grills for your use, a coin-operated laundry room, complimentary internet service and free parking. Kihei Kai Nani is also within walking distance to shops and restaurants.

We enjoyed our stay here. The proximity to the beach was a highlight, making it easy to enjoy the sun and surf. The hosts were also incredibly responsive to any questions we had, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience.

Property was exactly as listed. Bed was comfy. The cross breeze that went through the place was lovely. We had no need for the air conditioner. Management company was very responsive when we had an issue with the internet. Would definately stay here again.

This condo has everything you would ever need in the kitchen. Plenty of bath towels, beach towels, beach chairs, cooler bags or a cooler for the beach. Games, books, etc. Quiet because it’s the last building from the main road. Pool, shuffle board and easy access washers and dryers. Kam II BEACH is directly across the street. We enjoyed the food trucks and beautiful sunsets. Mahalo!

The property was very clean amd comfortable. My only issue was the size of the bed and scratchy linens(small for two), also it would be nice to have a couple bottles of water and coffee for those who land late at night. There are no shops open to purchase these items when we landed and to have those items waiting for us for the next morning would have been a nice added touch.
