The Tholy Tourist Office is open from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 1:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Saturdays.
It is open on Sunday mornings from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Welcome receptions are also held on Mondays at the community center in the village center: check the “Events” section of the Hautes-Vosges Tourist Office website for times and dates.

Upon arrival, you can turn on the electric heaters.
To do this, simply press the power button on the three radiators. Eco mode is usually sufficient to comfortably heat the unit.

If you use the stove, simply hold down the power button to start it. A bag of pellets is available in the sunroom. Do the same to turn it off. Do not adjust any other settings. You must clean out the stove the day after each use. Open the firebox (front door) and vacuum up the ashes using the ash vacuum available in the sunroom.

If you use the pull-out bed in the living room, you can lower the blind to create a partition between the kitchen/dining area and the living room. The mattress must be protected with a mattress pad, which you’ll find in the closet. The accommodation includes two duvets and four pillows, each with a pillowcase. Sheets (fitted sheets and duvet covers) are not provided: bed size 160×200, sofa bed size 130×190. Please also bring your own bath towels.

Baby gear is stored in the closet: travel crib, high chair, changing pad, baby bouncer, and baby bathtub (in the bathroom).

Some consumables (coffee pods, sugar, salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, flour, dishwasher tablets, trash bags, laundry detergent, window cleaner, cleaning supplies, sponges, toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, band-aids, disinfectant, charcoal, bag of wood pellets, etc.) are provided. Once you’ve used them up, please replace them.

The TV is connected to an indoor antenna.
If reception is poor, you can move the antenna closer to the window.
