Adjacent to the living area is an open-plan kitchen with dining space and a cozy seating area with a TV. From the living room, you have access to three bedrooms: one with a double bed, a second with a single bed, and a third with a bunk bed providing two berths. The living room also leads to a bright loft (hems) with three additional sleeping places, ideal for children or extra guests. The property sits on a large natural plot with plenty of space for outdoor games and activities. Covered terraces on both the east and west sides of the house are furnished with quality garden furniture, allowing you to enjoy meals or relax outdoors regardless of the weather. This holiday home accommodates a maximum of 5 adults and 2 children, making it ideal for family holidays. Please note that rentals to youth or work groups are not permitted. This property is reserved exclusively for family holidays.A refundable deposit may be charged before check-in to cover utilities and additional services. It is adjusted to actual usage, and any remaining balance is refunded within 21 days after checkout.
