The convenient location is ideal in Seattle; it's very close to many grocery stores (PCC, QFC, Safeway...), restaurants, parks, public transportation methods, VA Medical Center, International District, Downtown, and much more... You can essentially go anywhere from this home.

The home was in excellent condition. The furniture was lovely and amble. The 3 beautifully appointed bedrooms are on the lower level, just FYI.

Really great location for our needs, perfect for 2 couples. The space was really wonderful and the porches surrounded by trees provided a lot of privacy. Highly recommend.
