Stayed here for a few nights for a concert at T Mobile park. House was as listed - easy check in and communication! Area of town was fairly quiet. Driveway is narrow and tight to park two vehicles if you come with more than one but we made it work. Quick drive from the house to get down to T Mobile Park and Pike Place Market! Overall an enjoyable stay.

Quiet convenient location. We got great sleep on the comfy beds and enjoyed the updated showers. The no shoes in the house threw us off a little bit but the accommodations were great for our family. Tom was very responsive.

We really enjoyed our weekend stay at this roomy house! Everything was as described, and we had everything we needed to be comfortable. Highly recommend Flora Bakehouse for breakfast and Tutta Bella for dinner!

Good place to stay, close to downtown Seattle and close to SeaTac airport. We got around town pretty well, close to shopping also. The property could use some more forks and plates as there were 5 of us and we had to wash dishes all the time. A bigger coffee pot would have been nice too, the 5 cup pot they had wasn’t sufficient. There weren’t any kitchen dish cloths to wipe counters or tables. They had keurig cups but no pot. A fan to move the air around upstairs, the floor vents didn’t push the cool air out enough, so to get it cooler we had to turn the thermostat up but that made the lower floor really cold. Lastly, we were asked to remove our shoes, which was ok with us as I do this in my own home, but the floors weren’t as clean as they could be ultimately leaving out feet and socks dirty. All in all it was a nice place to stay and we enjoyed it. We would stay there again.

It is a quiet and comfortable home. It was clean and the beds were very nice. The central A/C worked great. There are some minor repairs that could be done but they didn't affect us. It is a 2 story home with the bedrooms and 2 bathrooms downstairs and the living area and 1 bathroom at entry level. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

The house and furnishings are great. However, one TV remote had no batteries and wouldn’t work anyway. So only one TV for 3 couples. Also all bedrooms are downstairs. There was no mention of stairs in the listing. We had one in a wheelchair. But, overall, it is a great house. We enjoyed it very much.

We stayed at MidBeacon Hill due to the fact we had doctors appointments in Seattle and Federal Way so this property was centrally located for that and also we wanted to do some fun trips into Seattle. The house was comfortable for all of us the deck was wonderful to sit out on in the evenings. Beds were very comfortable. Would stay again.

This place was as advertised, and it was a great location, close to the airport and most attractions. The bedrooms and the beds were very comfortable, and the bathrooms were fine. The owner was very easy to contact, and quick to respond to any texts. There are a few items that should be addressed, but overall, I would stay here again. Item 1: A good cleaning in the corners is needed as there were several large cobwebs, with a few spiders in them (especially the master bathroom). Item 2: There was an ant problem (I've had them myself in our home in the spring) that would not have been an issue if we had been told in advance about it and would then have been more careful with the food storage, as it wasn't bad until we left a few donuts on the counter. If not for the two items above, I would have rated this as 5 star.

Stayed 2 nights prior to cruise departure, house was exactly what it said it would be. Be sure to add the South at the end of the address if you order any delivery or ride share. Communication with owner was easy with quick responses. Check in/out was easy. Wonderful stay

House was very clean and roomy in a quiet, hilly location. Price was very reasonable. Light rail was pretty close. Downstairs bathroom tub and sink drains slowly and needs attention, and the cyber lock was difficult to activate. Overall a great visit.

Nice, clean house. Quiet neighborhood. Good, central location. Near light rail station. I only had a couple of questions for Tom prior our arrival and he responded within a timely matter. We would stay here again.
