This condo is in an ideal location, steps to the Kailua pier, the beach and all of the shops, restaurants and night clubs in downtown Kailua Kona. A very roomy, open beam loft style top floor condo which has been recently remodeled. Cool off after a day at the beach with air conditioning on both levels. The mermaid loft is a quiet location in the center of town. The condo includes all the essentials, full kitchen, washer and dryer, free parking space, and pool/hot tub/BBQ area. Look at the ocean from your private balcony, then suit up, walk down, and jump in!

We really enjoyed our stay at the mermaid loft. Close to Ali’i drive and other sites along the coast. Sandra was very responsive and gave good advice on activities, including seeing the local Humpbacks in the harbor. If you plan on a trip to the beach make sure to take advantage of the beach chairs and beach towels. The loft also has an umbrella, coolers and one set of snorkeling gear.

Our stay in the Mermaid Loft was outstanding. Comfortable, great location, and best of all were our hosts! Very friendly and went above and beyond any host I've encountered! Our trip was fantastic because of them! Thank you!!
