Check-in is 4 p.m.; Check-out is strictly on or before 10 a.m. There will be a charge of $100 per hour for late check-outs. The front desk is available 24 Hours/Day
This resort is 100% smoke-free in all of its units or buildings. Smoking may be permitted in designated areas on the property. Not complying with this policy may result in the assessment of a substantial fee.
Guests must be 21 or older to make a reservation and physically present at the time of check-in. Upon check-in, valid government-issued photo ID and credit card required. There will be $250 hold on the credit card to cover the incidentals and is fully refundable. Valid photo ID to be sent via email to host at least one week before check-in for reservation names to match, ensuring a seamless check-in. Any name changes afterwards will incur a $100 fee (Per timeshare rules on guest certificates) .No visitors will be allowed except for guests who have checked in. Wristbands will be provided and will identify guests from those who are not checked-in. This supersedes visitor maximum occupancy rates. Occupancy limits strictly enforced. Extra Guests are not allowed.
The rideshare and taxi drop off and pick-up location is just outside the gate of the property, unless checking-in.
Shuttle to the festival is available for a fee with an independent operator and will be available for purchase at the lobby.
Management reserves the right to modify some policies concerning safety and security.

There are no lifeguards on duty. Please refer to posted pool signage for more specific information. Please note the Lazy River is a family-friendly area and alcoholic beverages are prohibited. For your safety, swimming or playing in the lakes on the property is prohibited.

I really enjoyed our stay. Maria made sure to take care of us and answered all of my questions quickly. She even went out of her way to find out more about shuttle rides and other rules from the resort. I really appreciated the help. This was the second time I've stayed at the Worldmark Resort and would go back again and again. I went during Coachella weekend 1 and expected a crazy party scene where I might not be able to sleep much. It was the opposite! I found that the resort was very calm, peaceful and relaxing. Sure there were a handful of louder party goers but they were still very respectful regarding noise. There were a good mix of Coachella attendees and families on vacation. The market in the center was a great go to for snacks and lunch. Friendly service and reasonable pricing. My favorite amenity is the lazy river. We made sure to relax there every day before going into the festival. I would go back on a regular weekend just to hang out at the pools! Overall, the Worldmark staff was great and welcoming. My 1 bedroom was very spacious with a full size kitchen, washer dryer, and plenty of space. I highly recommend staying here. Thank you Maria!
