Olchard Lodge is a converted one bedroom lodge cabin, boasting private hot tub, wood burner and off road parking, set in a semi-rural picturesque location.. All on the Ground Floor:

Kitchen area: Electric Oven, Induction Hob, Microwave, Fridge (Small Freezer Compartment), Dishwasher, Wine Cooler, Coffee Machine
Bedroom: Kingsize (5ft) Bed
Shower Room: Walk-In Shower, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet. Air source heat pump (underfloor), electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Initial logs are provided, remainder can be purchased or locally available. Welcome pack. Front garden with patio and garden furniture. Decked area. Hot tub. Private parking for 1 car. No smoking.. Olchard Lodge has everything you need for a romantic getaway or a relaxing escape from the everyday routine. After parking directly outside the lodge in your own private car port, step through the beautiful oak stable door into the welcoming entrance hallway. From here, the open-plan living space immediately gives a feeling of light and space, with natural light flooding the room.
The well-equipped kitchen features high-quality appliances, including a coffee machine and wine cooler, perfect for keeping your favourite bottles chilled before enjoying the hot tub. The living and dining area is comfortable and cosy, with a wall-mounted Smart TV and a glowing wood burner creating the perfect place to relax and unwind.
Large sliding doors open onto the private patio area, where you can enjoy comfortable seating and views across the surrounding field and trees. Just around the corner, tucked away in a sheltered position, is the private hot tub, providing the perfect place to relax and enjoy the outdoor space.
Back inside the lodge, the bedroom is located on the opposite side of the property and features a comfortable kingsize bed, ideal for a restful night’s sleep. The bedroom has direct access to the bathroom, which includes a large walk-in shower. Each guest is provided with a soft bathrobe and luxurious The White Company towels for added comfort during their stay.
Set within the grounds of the owners’ property in the semi-rural hamlet of Olchard, near Newton Abbot and close to Dartmoor National Park, Olchard Lodge enjoys views across the surrounding field and trees. Its convenient location, with quick access to the main routes by car, makes it easy to explore Exeter, Dartmoor, the English Riviera and the South Hams, making it an ideal base for discovering South Devon.
A great selection of country pubs and restaurants can be found within a short drive, while the nearby coastal towns of Shaldon and Teignmouth are also within easy reach. Venture a little further to discover Paignton, Torquay and Brixham, or explore the historic towns of Dartmouth and Salcombe.

A well maintained property. Clean, warm and well equipped. Great to have wood burner & basket of logs in winter - more can be bought from the owner or bring your own. Good parking for 2 large vehicles. Modern SMART TV with all the apps, mirror imaging etc. Excellent, warm & well maintained hot tub. Privacy respected. Would happily stay again if down this part of Devon.

The place was very clean and comfortable. We loved the hot tub! Very accommodating hosts and loved the hamper and Prosecco. Was the perfect place to have our honeymoon. We will definitely be back to stay!!!
