Third bedroom with double bed and ceiling fan. Social bathroom with electric shower. Kitchen with 6-burner stove with oven, microwave, refrigerator, basic cooking utensils, table with 2 stools, tank and clothesline for drying clothes on the floor. Covered parking space in the building for 2 vehicles.
