About this house rental
The perfect place to call home away from home while in the Augusta GA area! The house is located in a quiet neighborhood that's just minutes away from major retailers and shopping, yet it's still close to many attractions, including the Augusta National Golf Club, Clark Hill Lake, Patriots Park, Ft. Gordon and MORE!!
The house is completely renovated with an open floor plan and modern decor. There are two bedrooms, the primary one with a king-sized bed, ensuite bathroom, and master closet. You'll also have access to a queen-sized bed in the secondary bedroom. Both rooms have smart TVs and nightstands with lamps. You'll find carpeted floors throughout the entire house, except for the kitchen. bathrooms and laundry, where hardwood and tile are used instead.
There are plenty of amenities included: a fireplace, couch and loveseat, lamp, end table, area rug, dining table for four people and four barstools at the kitchen bar. You can also enjoy access to free Wi-Fi at all times in the living and bedrooms while staying here! If you're looking for something fun to do while you're here, we recommend renting kayaks or walking on one of our many scenic trails! We're only 15 miles from Augusta National Golf Club, 15 miles from Clarks Hill Lake (AKA Strom Thurmond Lake), 6 miles away from Savannah River and less than a mile from Patriots Park. There is a community pool just a short walk away. It opens at the discretion of the HOA in May of each year and closes in at their discretion in September of each year.

This was the perfect townhouse for out trip to Augusta for The Master's Golf Tournament. It was beautifully decorated with a lot of "extras". Very quick and easy communication with the owner. Would definitely stay here again!
