Wow this newly listed villa is a 10 with 2 kings beds, two twin beds, its own washer and dryer, an outdoor balcony, new Tv's throughout, updated fully stocked kitchen!
Coco's, our beach side cabana, has everything you could want from food, drinks, tables, shade, restrooms, etc. Don't feel like walking the five-eight minutes on the boardwalk to our private beach? We have a free beach shuttle that runs on a schedule every day in season!
For rainy days just hang out at the INDOOR HEATED POOL, JOGGING TRACK, HOT TUB, KIDDIE POOL and EXERCISE ROOM!
This newly updated, spacious three bedroom, two bath villa has an outside balcony where you can relax after a day at the beach! This unit has 1200 square feet and has its own washer and dryer.
The den in this villa is large with plenty of comfortable seating. and a 55" TV with Blu-ray/DVD player. Large dining table seats six and bar in adjoining kitchen seats four.
The large kitchen is fully-equipped with dishes, pots and pans, toaster oven, coffee-maker, blender, microwave, dishwasher, and all other kitchen necessities. Just bring the food! Large bar area makes this villa great for entertaining!
The master bedroom has a king bed and ceiling fan for your comfort along with its own 55" TV with Roku.. There is also an attached private bath and tub/shower combo. The second bedroom has a king bed and cable TV with Roku. There is another full bath with walk in shower just down the hall.
Third bedroom has two twin beds and cable TV with Roku..
The Island Grill & Deli in building one is poolside. Great food and drinks along with a souvenir shop and convenience store.
Two Outdoor Pools plus an indoor heated pool! Six lighted tennis courts and pickleball! Just bring your rackets and tennis balls. All amenities are free to all guests! Enjoy the sundeck at building two where you can also rent bikes! The island is a wonderful place for bike riders. and you can access a path at the resort entrance!
And last but not least our beautiful beach! There is a private boardwalk over a scenic saltwater marsh abundant with wildlife including herons and egrets. At the beach you will find Coco's, the resort’s private cabana, with food, drinks, and restrooms. No roads to cross and just a five-eight minute walk across the boardwalk or a short free shuttle ride to one of the last private beaches on the island. Our beach is almost never crowded.
This centrally located resort is a 24 hour gated community convenient to golf, bike paths, shopping, movie theaters, restaurants, and, of course, the beautiful beach. The resort is adjacent to the Robert Trent Jones ocean course at Palmetto Dunes.
Great Amenities: There are picnic tables and grills, private sundeck, on-site convenience store and deli, two outdoor pools, one indoor heated pool with kiddie pool, indoor hot tub and sauna, indoor jogging track, six lighted tennis/pickleball courts, beach volleyball, elevators and free parking. We loved our stay in this unit at Hilton Head Resort. It was clean and well stocked. The kitchen had everything we needed including spices for cooking which was so nice. There are nice books to read and we enjoyed learning to play Quirkle. The resort is also lovely with a convenient walk or shuttle to the beach.

Short walk down the boardwalk to the beach is great. Two rinse off locations. Villa is nice, on the second floor and an end unit. You don’t hear much from the indoor pool.

Everything was great! The walk to the beach was a little longer than expected but there was a shuttle if needed. Overall very relaxing and peaceful

This place exceeded my expectations. The beds were super comfortable, nice updated showers and the location is awesome!
I really enjoyed the pools - they provided a perfect place to relax and unwind. Additionally, the short walk to the beach made it incredibly convenient to enjoy the sun and sand whenever I wanted.
I enjoyed exploring the area and trying different restaurants that served delicious meals. Overall, my stay at this condo was fantastic and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with great amenities.
