The Centrale of the Island of Ré offers you this comfortable house which has a vast living room/lounge open onto the wooden terrace, the garden and the heated swimming pool.The villa is located in a quiet area with the possibility of parking a vehicle in the secure and private garage.Direct access to cycle paths for Saint-Martin-de-Ré and La Cible beach (accessible within 10 minutes by bike), the centre of La Flotte and paths towards Bois-Plage-en-Ré and La Couarde-sur-Mer.ON THE GROUND FLOOR:A fully equipped kitchen open to the dining room.Bedroom 1 MASTER: 1 double bed 160x200 with a private bathroom.1 independent WC.AT THE FIRST FLOOR:Room 2: 1 double bed 140x200Room 3: 2 single beds 90x200A bathroom with washbasin.1 independent toilet.The house is non-smoking.The swimming pool is heated from 1st April to 15th October.The heat pumps of our swimming pools are programmed to heat to 28°. The effective water temperature of our pools is also impacted by the climate: a warm climate increases the water temperature of the pools and a cold climate decreases the water temperature of the pools.Pets not allowed.The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.Our local team is delighted to welcome you to the beautiful Île de Ré!
