Walk to Coolidge Park, the Art District or the Tennessee Aquarium via the RiverWalk. With a Bike Chattanooga station at Coolidge Park, you can pedal all over the city for an hour or a day. The private front stoop is perfect for your first cup of coffee or an afternoon cocktail, and the backyard is a songbird haven. A public pickleball court, charcoal grill, ball field and neighborhood park are nearby, and all kinds of hiking trails are a short drive away.

We enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect, the home was clean and well stocked. The shower was large, hot and strong, and the beds were comfortable! The host was very responsive, we will definitely consider staying here again.

House is as shown, middle bedroom has very firm mattress, not for everyone I’m sure but we made do. Walkable to restaurants and grocery store, but definitely a steep hill down on the way there so a steep hill up on the way back (we went during a heat wave so we really only did this early in the morning). Really cute and safe area, and loved the Pickleball court at the park across the street!

Dan was very responsive and helpful when I had questions! Family friendly area! Clean! Only suggestion I have is a different couch…not very comfortable.

There were a few issues with our stay in Chattanooga. We could not connect to the WIFI during our stay, even though my husband tried multiple times. There was a small hole in the corner one of the bedroom ceilings with a tissue stuffed into it. There was paint on the floor where someone had painted the base boards in the same bedroom. The furniture in the living room was dirty and we did not feel comfortable sitting on some of the pieces of furniture. Nothing horrible, but we would not choose to stay there again.
