About this cottage rental
The Lookout is an apartment in the centre of Bognor Regis only a moment from the beach including sea views from the living room and within easy walking distance of shops, restaurants (a top local favourite is Mustards; serving breakfast lunch and dinner) and cafes. Butlins theme park is also within walking distance as well as a local favourite Hotham Park. Along the sea front is the pier and amusements as well as crazy golf and bowles. Bognor Regis museum is also well worth a visit.
This wonderfully placed apartment has a comfortable living room with almost panoramic views of your surroundings. The sea in the distance is a brilliant blue on a sunny day and can reached within a minutes walk of the apartment. The living space includes a large, widescreen television to cosy down with a movie on the chilly evening or after a long day of exploring.
The Lookout has a newly refurbished kitchen with everything you will need during your stay when not ordering from one of the many local take outs! The kitchen includes, oven, hob, toaster, kettle and washing machine. The living room includes a dining area suitable for two or four just outside the kitchen.
This apartment has two bedrooms, one double room and one twin room. There is one family bathroom with shower over the bath.
One allocated parking space is available on site . The garage is also available but for storage uses only - ie bikes etc. Free wifi available.

Location was within walking distance to the shopping area and restaurants. It was a nice place to come home to each day compared to a hotel. Cosy and comfortable.
We never used any of the appliances, eating out every day.
We were surprised that there were no brochures/pamphletes of places to see in Bognor plus no extra toilet rolls/paper towel. Also no instructions for the T.V. Finally we got help from The Office, Molly, who sent Miles who helped us greatly and then able to use T.V.
Also the door lock to the apartment was very loose.
Carpet in living room was badly stained.

Access was easy. Off road parking is available and very welcome. The property is spacious, light and airy. Well appointed kitchen. Plenty of hot water. Surprisingly quiet at night, yet close to sea front. All in all, we had a very pleasant stay.

the carpet in lounge was very dirty, and looking at previous reviews. this has been the case for at least the last 2 years, unless you locked the front door behind you, the front door was rattling. there was a small hole in one of the douvet covers and limited cookware, the hose to the onsite vacuum was not fitting, there was no wifi in the house and only main stream tv channels, in todays world thats very basic, wifi was advertised, the leather sofa arms had what looked like scratch marks on them, which was splitting the leather. and no bath towls, and we wont even talk about the parking ticket we got, while at the time displaying a disabilty blue badge
