Property composed of main house and outbuilding, on the outskirts, 5 km from the centre of Mariapfarr, in a quiet, sunny position, 100 m from the edge of the forest. For shared use: garden, lawn for sunbathing. Children's playground (slide, swing, sandbox). In the house: reception, breakfast room, WiFi, sauna, relaxation room, playroom, storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system, ski boot dryer. Available: children's bicycles. Bread roll service and breakfast possible on request (extra). In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking at the house, communal covered parking (extra). Das Ferienhaus ist sehr bequem und sehr schön gewesen. Man fühlt sich wie zu Hause und sehr wohl, sehr schöne Siedlung mit einem Kinderspielplatz, welcher eine Freude für die Kinder war.
