Property composed of main house and outbuilding, on the outskirts, 5 km from the centre of Mariapfarr, in a quiet, sunny position, 100 m from the edge of the forest. For shared use: garden, lawn for sunbathing. Children's playground (slide, swing, sandbox). In the house: reception, breakfast room, WiFi, sauna, relaxation room, playroom, storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system, ski boot dryer.
