About this house rental

This new home offers modern amenities in a prime location just steps away from Winona Lake. Walk or ride bikes to the beach, the village or on the Greenway just around the corner. This home offers two out door areas; an upper-level deck and a back patio perfect for grilling and dinner. Everything Winona Lake has to offer is within walking distance to this home. It's located on a quiet street just minutes from all the activities; the Village for shopping/dining, the Greenway for hiking/biking, splash pad, park/beach, and ice rink.

The main level features an open concept with a modern eat in kitchen, a fold out couch with a Queen bed, also a full bath with walk in shower. Upstairs includes 2 bedrooms; one King, one Queen with full bathroom and adjoining balcony. The property also includes a full size washer & dryer and soft water with reverse osmosis drinking water.

Amazing design. Super cool space. Works so well for a family staying in town with its 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms. Everything is new and finished perfectly. Walk down the street and you’re suddenly running up and down hills along a stream in the woods. Walk to pickle ball, walk to Port Winona. Take a walk around the island. Enjoy a festival without parking. Great way to spend a week in Winona Lake!

This beautifully and thoughtfully designed home was a peaceful sanctuary during our trip to Winona Lake. We had the comfort of modern amenities within walking distance of the town's trails, lakes, parks, shopping, and historical sites. Crystal's responsive and thorough communication, before and during our trip, made us feel valued and heard. Her thoughtfulness in providing extras, such as a variety of soothing teas, first aid kit, and spa-inspired bath products, created the comforting ambience needed to truly relax. Crystal is the Queen of Hospitality and Home Design, for that matter, and we would absolutely recommend this property for anyone visiting the area!
