About this apartment rental
Bright and modern apartment with terrace and lake view in Nesso, between Como and Bellagio.
The apartment, located on the ground floor, opens onto the open plan living area featuring the living room with a sofa, a TV, a dining table, and the fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, a kettle, a juicer, a coffee machine and a toaster. The sleeping area boasts three bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed and two with a French bed each. A bathroom with shower completes the layout.
The highlight of the apartment is the large terrace furnished with sun loungers, where guests can admire the lake and the surrounding mountains.
At guests' disposal amenities such as washing machine, iron, free wi-fi, air conditioning and heating.
*In the area where the accommodation is located there are no taxis or public transport available for short local transport. It is therefore advisable to reach the destination by car.
*Guests will benefit from an outdoor parking slot inside the property.
Cot and high chair available upon request, at an extra cost of 35€ per stay, per item.

Lake Como offers some of the most striking urban, landscape and architectural gems of the entire Italian peninsula. The reasons why this lake is famous all over the world are many, first of all for the beauty of its landscapes: the lake is surrounded by mountains and boasts many fishing villages, beautiful villas, parks and picturesque paths. Lake Como covers an area of 146 km², its characteristic inverted Y shape is given by the three branches: north Colico, south-east Lecco and south-west Como. The climate is generally mild and humid, favoring the growth of a rich and varied vegetation. Picturesque and characteristic are the villages overlooking the waters of Lake Como. The best way to discover the beauty of the lake is by sailing its waters. The main urban center is Como, a beautiful, elegant, romantic city that houses several villas, monuments and a very suggestive lakefront. However, there are many villages to visit: on the branch of Como stand Bellagio "the pearl of Lario", Cernobbio, Argegno, Tremezzo with its Villa Carlotta, Menaggio and the ancient village of Nesso characterized by many romantic views. In the eastern shore of the lake, dominated by Lecco, is worth visiting Varenna and Bellano with its characteristic Orrido. This destination is also perfect for lovers of trekking and outdoor walks: there are many paths on the territory such as the Wayfarer Path (40 km) that starts from Abbadia Lariana to Piantedo and the Greenway of Lake Como (10 km) that connects Colonno and Cadenabbia.

We loved this place. The accommodation was excellent and as described. Very welcoming and relaxing apartment with everything you need. The views of the lake from the balcony and bedrooms were fantastic. Nesso is a good spot, with easy access to the nearby towns by public ferry. Would definitely stay again

This short term rental is the perfect pick if you are looking to stay in Lake Como. Nesso is a small village and I would recommend getting groceries in Como before driving to Nesso.
The property is pristine and the views are stunning! The owners obviously take very good care of their property. The owners even gave us fresh vegetables from their garden while we were there! Seriously the nicest people!
We were close to a boat rental place and rented a boat for a few hours one day and that was an adventure! The scenery is stunning. We walked down to Bissa for dinner one night and it was delicious.
My boys favorite part was a cold water plunge in a small mountain lake that we hiked to from the rental. We look forward to returning!
