Welcome to a beautiful, newly renovated condo unit in the picturesque Rancho Santa Margarita! We are very happy to welcome guests to our place, including those who need a place to stay for house renovations, family visits, and relocations!
This is a corner upstairs unit that is very private. It has a keypad lock entry for a stress-free and safe check-in/out for your convenience. Once you enter, a bright and airy living room welcomes you into a space with contemporary decorations. The living room features an L-shaped pull-out couch with a smart TV for your relaxation and entertainment. The pull-out couch could be used as an extra bed.
For your home away from home, you can cook with our kitchen! It is provided with cooking essentials such as pots and pans, knives, cooking utensils, plates, etc. Also there are multiple coffee makers, including Keurig and Mr. Coffee, to cater your coffee needs (We are coffee lovers).
The master bedroom sleeps two in a comfy memory foam queen-size bed with an en-suite bathroom with a tub. There are multiple pillows with two different firmness. The second bedroom comes also with a memory foam queen-size bed that may sleep two people. The other bathroom is available with shower. Both bathrooms are provided with plenty of towels and hair dryers.
There is a washer and dryer inside the unit. Central AC and heating. Table and chairs for watching a sunset or star gazing from the patio that over looks the skyline.
One reserved parking is available in a carport and street parking is also available for additional parking.
Rancho Santa Margarita is one of the safest cities in all of California. It is beautiful and well maintained with a Lake that overlooks the Saddleback mountains, family-friendly parks, community pools and the Lagoon (summer only). Hiking and walking trails are nearby. Guests are welcome to use amenities in the community such as the tennis/pickle ball courts, swimming pools, and spas. There are many varieties of restaurants, grocery stores such as Ralphs, Trader Joe’s, and Pavilions, as well as Starbucks, all within a 5 min drive. You may walk to nearby walking trails, picturesque lake, and beautiful parks. California 241/toll road entrance is only a quick drive, you will reach Laguna Beach in 30 min, Disneyland and Angel Stadium in 40 min.

We were in the process of moving and needed a month. Cici was a great host, very responsive which is important when you need help.The area has great walk paths and we enjoyed walking to and around the lake.

My one month stay here was very warm, welcoming and pleasant!
The unit is very clean!
If you are sensitive to traffic noise, I will say that being on SM Parkway is the only negative.
I highly recommend staying here!
