The private tropical oasis in the backyard is sure to be popular with the entire family. Select your own colors for the pool light in the private pool & hot tub/jacuzzi. - We require a guest list of all people for each confirmed booking. This will be necessary to inform the security guards to gain access to the gated community.
- No smoking allowed. $1,000 penalty fee will be charged if discovered.

- No pets allowed. A $1,000 penalty fee will be charged for each violation.

I’m beyond grateful that I found this home for our first family vacation! My little ones don’t do well away from home and the super fun theming and tons to do kept them happy and distracted that they didn’t want to go back home! Melanie was amazing to talk to ahead of our stay and while we were there, but there was so little we needed once there that we barely had to reach out. Only thing I’ll do differently next time is pay for the heated pool; we didn’t think we would need it since the weather was so hot and it’s not a huge area to keep warm, but the pool was still cool at times and it also controls the hot tub so we didn’t get to enjoy the benefits of relaxing after long park days. Next time we plan a future vacation, this home or one of Melanie’s properties will be our first option no question!

Best rental ever! Wish we could have stayed for a longer time. Kids loved the themed rooms. Pool and backyard was a great place to hang out. House was well supplied - kitchen dishes and pots/pans all matched sets. Pool towels was a surprise extra. Melanie was quick to respond on inquiries.

What a beautiful property! The level of detail the owner takes in preparing for guests is unparallel with any other property I have stayed at. Everything is fully stocked from trash bags and dish detergent to towels and toilet paper...the good kind too! The owner is very responsive and gets back to immediately with any question you may have. We can not wait to go back and looking forward to seeing future properties from this owner. Thank you for the wonderful stay!
