The Killewipps Ground Floor vacation rental welcomes you to the picturesque North Sea island of Langeoog at Mittelstraße 22. With 65 m² of space, this ground-floor unit offers the ideal setting for a relaxing stay for up to two people. The apartment is therefore designed especially for couples and solo travelers and stands out for its combination of functionality and comfort.
Unfortunately, this apartment cannot accommodate babies or toddlers under 3 years of age.
The spacious layout includes a total of two rooms. In the bedroom, you’ll find a comfortable double bed (180 x 200 cm) and a spacious closet that offers plenty of room for your belongings, while the cozy living room, featuring an armchair and a comfortable, inviting sofa area, is perfect for relaxing and unwinding. Privacy screens on all windows, along with lovingly selected details such as books in the living area, create a cozy atmosphere.
The separate kitchen features a dining table for shared meals. The modern kitchenette is fully equipped: a 4-burner stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, and a wide variety of kitchen utensils, dishes, and silverware are at your disposal. Bed linens, towels, and dish towels are provided for you.
The comfortable and spacious bathroom is equipped with a large shower, mirror cabinet, sink, window, and a hair dryer. The separate toilet, complete with a small sink, is located in the adjacent room.
You can relax in the beautiful island weather on your private terrace, which faces southwest and is equipped with wind and privacy screens as well as outdoor furniture. From here, you’ll enjoy a lovely view of the Langeoog water tower. In addition, a well-maintained garden is available for shared use and invites you to linger outdoors. The property is designated as a non-smoking accommodation and offers free Wi-Fi so you can stay connected throughout your vacation. A modern TV provides entertainment, complemented by a radio and a small selection of books.
