There is a second floor unit above with its own entrance that can be rented separately. You may hear guests in the upper unit, on the stairs or walking around. We provide ear plug
This is a super nice cozy spot if you want to get away for a couple days and enjoy the beautiful Crescent City coast. Open any window and you can hear the harbor seals just across the street. Walk to the Harbor in the summer and enjoy the local farmers market every Saturday! This place is supper close to all fun actives around our town such as Ocean World, Bowling Alley, Movie Theater, all being within 5 miles! Fresh fish markets are open year round, as you will have 5 seafood restaurants within 2 miles. The beach is just right down the road going South and during the summer there is a local business Redwood Rides where you can rent surf boards, wet suits, kayaks all at the beach! Also, there is a second floor unit above with its own entrance that can be rented separately.

The host was very easy to work with. The heat was not working properly the first evening but was remedied the next morning. The upstairs occupants sounded like a herd of elephants the first evening but were not there the second evening. May need some sound proofing between floors.

Very close to beach walks, restaurants. Very quiet until the upsrairs guests moved in. Minimal sound dampening between floors made for difficult sleeping.

The place was very clean and had everything wed need, but there is no way to get fresh air in. Pungent air fresheners were in 3 rooms but no window to open to get rid of that smell except to leave the doors open and bugs came in. They are plenty of fans but somehow there needs a window to open or a screen door put up. Convenient for Redwood National Park
