This lovely home is all about easy living and relaxing in the sunshine.
Casa Nolan is your home-away-from home and desert oasis, no matter the time of year.
This lovely home is all about easy living and relaxing in the sunshine. Beautifully landscaped and completely walled for privacy, the setting features towering palm trees, lush grass, and a mature planting surround. At the end of a cul-de-sac in a quiet neighborhood. The backyard is the true focal point and boasts a beautiful pool and spa, loungers with umbrellas, large grassy area, dining patio with eating table for 6 and a separate covered lounging area for respite from the sun. The backyard will draw you in and the gorgeous pool/spa and outdoor living area will make you feel like you never want to leave!
The interior blends the best features of mid-century design, with lots of contemporary art and accents. Everything in this house is brand new. The colors and furnishings throughout give this retreat a happy and welcoming feel.
The home has a large, open great room with a good size kitchen and breakfast bar. Dining for six that looks out onto the backyard oasis. There is high speed internet throughout the property. Stretch out on the cozy sofa, light the fire, and enjoy a movie or show on the 65” smart TV!
The master has a king bed that you will not want to get out of and direct access to the pool with floor to ceiling sliding doors. The master also has a double sink ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom also features a king size bed, while the third bedroom has a queen bed. All three bedrooms offer high-quality pillows and European linens.
All the amenities you want on vacation - it’s the perfect place for spending a month or more and living the good life.
UTILITIES:
Utilities are charged upon consumption. A utilities deposit of $3,000 will be held on guests credit card. Consumption charges are billed at the per diem rate from the current utilities cost, without mark-up. Owners will provide utilities bill to guest showing total guest consumption and rates to be paid. With advance written notification, the pool can be heated upon the request of Renter, hot tub heat is controlled via a remote at the property.

A very clean and comfortable well-managed rental. High quality linens and towels, fully-stocked kitchen with newer pots, pans and knives (not always the case in a rental). Beautiful private backyard. We didn’t spend a lot of time in La Quinta, we headed to Rancho Mirage or Palm Desert for shopping and eating out.

We made this our home for 6 weeks and enjoyed every minute of it. Great house, had everything we needed. My wife says the kitchen was great to cook in. Location so close and convenient. Just a darling place.
