In the surrounding areas like Downtown and Paseo they’ve got some of the best night clubs and bars just waiting for you and your friends to bring the fun!
Whether you're in town for business or pleasure I'm sure that you'll enjoy everything this cozy space, vibrant community, safe neighborhood and exceptional city has to offer.

Stays Longer Than 28 Days:
If you are planning to stay with us for more than 28 days, you may be required to sign a contract prior to arriving at the property. This is simply to make sure that all rules are followed.
Also, please remember this is Oklahoma and in Oklahoma we have bugs/insects/flies year round. They will always try to get inside. So please don’t keep the windows open for an extended period of time if you don’t want bugs/insects getting in. Also, if you aren’t from Oklahoma I want to assure you that there will be a rodent or ants and other things coming into the homes at one point of your stay so please let us know and we will spray. We won’t be able to do a refund for that as it is typical thing happening. We want to assure you know it before you book.

I needed a place to stay while handling some final work related to my parents' estates, and this place was perfect for that. It's clean, well-provided, and the owners were courteous and quick in their communications. If you want to be within walking distance of the Paseo and everything that comes with that, you can't really go wrong with this place. There are neighbors, but I didn't hear anything from any of them. It is upstairs, so if you have mobility needs, make sure to communicate about that. Otherwise, it's a nicely furnished living room, kitchenette, and bedroom with quality HVAC.

This apartment was just right for my individual needs. Very convenient to most everywhere I needed to go. Though an older apartment, the upgrades made the stay quite pleasant.

I enjoyed so much my short stay here. All the appliances are new. The kitchen was tastefully decorated and featured subway tile backsplashes that complemented the countertops. The neighborhood was so quiet, I would like to come back with a good book. I hope this place is available for my next trip to OKC.

I enjoyed my short stay. The apartment Was very clean and neighbors were quiet I had a like trouble with turn on the tv at times but I would definitely be staying again next time longer
