About this apartment rental
Large poolside suite in the sunny Okanagan.
Regarding sharing the pool - you have full use of the pool and backyard throughout your entire stay. We only share the pool on hot days for 1.5 hour starting around 3:30 pm in the afternoon. Otherwise, we are not in the pool or patio area except for necessary maintenance.
The suite is a spacious, two bedroom, two bath, 970 sqft basement suite with full kitchen, washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave. It has a gas fireplace in the living room for cozy evenings in the winter.
The master bedroom has a queen bed. The second bedroom can be set up as either 2 twin beds or 1 king bed.
The suite is fully separated from the upstairs unit (occupied by us) with its own separate heating and air conditioning system that you can set to your comfort level.
Outdoors, enjoy the BBQ, patio, secluded, small yard, and 14' x 36' solar heated pool which is open Victoria Day to Labour Day. The pool may open earlier and stay open later in the year depending on the weather.
There is a playground across the street.
The use of the 40 amp, 9.6 kw electric vehicle charger is free for guests.
The home is partially powered by solar panels on the roof.

This was the best experience I've had with accommodations to date. The check-in/check-out process was frictionless, the suite and back pool & patio were exceptional and as described. The suite was clean, air conditioned, and filled with comfortable amenities. Our hosts even added special touches here and there that made us feel taken care of, and despite them living on site in the above suite we felt we had everything to ourselves!

The property is perfect for two couples and the kitchen was very well stocked, but having the good sized pool with perfect temperature water made it outstanding. Brenda and Scott were fabulous hosts.Thanks for the great time!

Wonderful property. A real home away from home and spotlessly clean. Hosts provide everything you need AND MORE for a comfortable stay and responded quickly to our questions. We didn’t use the pool but it looked inviting; the lovely backyard is private and the property is located in a nice quiet neighborhood. We have stayed in many VRBO properties around the world and this one ranks among the top. We would highly recommend staying here!!

This property has been well thought out and is a very comfortable stay for 4 people. There is lots of places to sit, everything is very comfortable and the kitchen is very well equipped. It is also very conveniently situated in a nice quiet neighborhood that is close to everything. We all had a great time and will return.
