About this house rental
Experience the ultimate getaway at our modern 6-bedroom, 5.5-bath retreat, designed for golfers, families, and corporate groups. Perfect for bonding, business, or relaxation, this spacious home offers the ideal mix of comfort and luxury for your next golf trip, family vacation, or team retreat.

The home is located just off of I-15 and SR-9, making this home centrally located for visiting all of southern Utah. It's located in a newly developed quiet neighborhood, next door to the Coral Canyon Golf Course.
Guests will have full access to the property and all of it's amenities
Discover the perfect retreat for golfers, families, and corporate groups at our spacious, thoughtfully designed home. With 4 master suites (2 kings, 2 queens) featuring private bathrooms, plus 2 fun bunk rooms with a shared Jack-and-Jill bath, there’s room for everyone to relax in style. Sleeping up to 20 guests with pullouts and futons, the home is equipped with everything you need.
Challenge friends to a game of pool, unwind in the rooftop lounge with a fire pit and stunning 360 degree desert mountain views, or kick back by the large flat-screen TV. Outside, enjoy a private pool, hot tub, grill, and multiple lounge areas, perfect for connecting and relaxing. Whether it’s a golf getaway, family vacation, or group retreat, this home offers comfort, fun, and unforgettable views.
🔹 Pool heating is optional from November 1 through March 31 and available for additional $35 per night for the duration of the stay. Please request at least 24 hours before arrival. Hot tub is always heated.
The Community Pool & Spa are heated all year round. Community pool hours and rules are set by the HOA.
Parking is available for 2 vehicles in the driveway and 1 small vehicle in the garage. There are many additional first come first serve parking spots throughout the neighborhood.
This is a townhome with a shared exterior wall only. There are no shared interior spaces, and guest privacy is fully maintained.
The home is in a quiet residential community. Quiet hours are observed between 10pm–7am.

We loved all the sleeping beds and numerous bathrooms! Location was perfect! The home was roomy, lots of kitchen utensils and items to use, bathrooms were well stocked, loved the pool and outdoor areas! There are two refrigerators and a pantry full of appliances to use. Lots of games and stuff for the kids to do. There were a couple of cleaning issues (crumbs under the coffee table, dirty pillowcases) but we fixed it and quickly moved on. We would stay here again! Beautiful place and great location in St. George!

This property worked great as a home base for our family vacation. We were specifically looking for something a little closer to the Zion area, and the location couldn’t have been better. We enjoyed the pool almost every day—it was a perfect way to relax after our adventures.The home itself was exactly what we needed. The large kitchen and open-concept living and sitting area made it easy for everyone to gather, cook, and spend time together comfortably. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully set up for guests.The listing was very accurate, which we really appreciated—no surprises, just exactly what was promised. Communication with the property management team was also excellent. They were responsive, helpful, and made the entire process smooth from start to finish.We would definitely return if we find ourselves back in this area. Thanks again for a great stay!
