When I arrived I had my reservations as it is in a housing estate but once you open the door it looked like a B&B and had shops and even a Chinese takeaway right next door and besides it was a lot cheaper and better reviews then elsewhere, so would stay again. The Couple seemed pleasant and left you to get on with things. The previous review leaving a 1 rating was an absolute Joke and they must of been a bit of an idiot, for around £30 what did they expect?
My single room was quite small but as I said was cheap. Only thing that was actually a bit annoying was it was beside the kitchen so I had to put up with someone in it for an hour or so but stopped at 9.30pm, then was quiet

Good location in proximity to town centre, spacious room, nice and cool as it was a warm time of year, host was very efficient at communicating and left is to it, which I like when I stay somewhere! Good value and everything we needed for our stay!

The lady who I liased with sent clear instructions as to to how to access the property. Although rather 'out of town' there was, at least a convenience store right next door. The room was on.the small side. But there was bathroom adjacent to my room. The house was quiet. There was also a kitchen which was clean. I would have made use of it had I been staying longer.
As I have just said, the room was quite small. But fine for just an overnight stay. The neighhourhood possibly wasn't the best. But it was Northampton not Mayfair in London!
