Cute home Zaros

Das Apartment war liebevoll eingerichtet und geräumig und lag in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße (Sackgasse) eine steile Einfahrt hoch oberhalb der Straße. Die kleine Küchenzeile war gut ausgestattet (Toaster, Sandwichmaker, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine und sogar eine eigene Teekanne); Instantkaffee, verschiedene Teesorten, Zucker, Kaffeesahne usw. waren bereitgestellt. Das Bad war neu hergerichtet und verfügte über eine Duschkabine. Das Bett fand ich besonders bequem. Der Pool auf der Veranda war Mitte Oktober bei 20 Grad Tageshöchsttemperatur natürlich nicht mehr in Betrieb. Die Gastgeberin, Vivi, die auch das Restaurant Vegera mit original kretischer Küche in Zaros betreibt (auch vegetarisch/ vegan; unbedingt empfehlenswert!), war sehr herzlich und zuvorkommend.

Da fällt mir jetzt wirklich nichts ein.

Tout tout tout je reviendrais! Vivi et toute sa famille sont des vrais hôtes au grand cœur. Ils ont le restaurant familial, où j’ai le mieux mangé en Crète. Un délice, car fait avec le plus grand respect et amour ! MERCI !!!!

This is a beautiful traditional home in Zaros, offering three apartments. Every apartment is clean and extremely comfortable with everything you need inside. The bottom apartments are great for jumping straight into the pool and the top apartments are has incredible views. The village of Zaros has everything you need, tavernas, coffee shops, little traditional bars, pharmacy, bakery, butcher and gift shops. You are close to hike the Rouvas Gorge and visit Lake Zaros. The nearest stunning beaches are approximately 40min away. The owner Vivi and her sister Cristina make you feel welcome straight away. Their Taverna Vegera, is great, serving home cooked traditional delicious food.
