Our flight was cancelled and we booked this apartment after this issue. We had a really friendly welcoming and enjoyed our stay here. The apartment is clean and big. The location is very central and the pool is clean. You have a great view to the sea from the Funchal. 10/10, I can recommend the stay here.

Location. One of the best places we have stayed. We had a small health problem and the hosts were extremely kind and could not have been more helpful.
The roof pool and the view was magic.
We were on 1st floor with a room above and the guests above scraped the furniture at night. There is sound insulation but we could still hear it but it in no way spoilt our stay. Perhaps they should consider fitting sliders on the chairs?
If you think it would bother you book the top floor room which has the advantage of a sea view.

We really enjoyed the rooftop terrace. The views from the terrace were spectacular the location of property was close to many restaurants it was nice. Sarah was very helpful in providing suggestions
The first floor apartments don’t have a good view it’s obstructed by a building. While sitting in the balcony you could only see a building. For the amount of days we stayed there it would have been nice to have some garbage bags, paper towels but we were able to get some from the store. The beds were not comfortable at all.. perhaps better mattresses
