C01A05 Precioso apartamento con vistas al mar by R2R Consulting

Excelente ubicación y lo mejor con Parking muy cerca del paseo marítimo.

Lo único que no me gusto fue el mal olor que se producía de noche en el baño que salida del lava manos y ademas la falta de papel higiénico fueron tres noches 4 adultos.

The view from the apartment was great. Nice location as well.

Nothing was wrong with the apartment. It was clean, and we had everything you needed to live comfortably for our stay.

The apartment it is located on the top part of Santander, and has espectacular views. You can see the whole Santander bay. The apartment has been refurbished and it's all like in the pictures. The rooms are spacious and the beds are really comfortable. If you are walking in and out the center is has a big hill to walk, but if you go to the street Rio de la Pila, use the cable lift to stop number 2, go right and the apartment is 2 min walk. Very convenient. Overall we were very happy with it.

Nothing major but to note: - To access the keys you need to use the stairs the first time as the apartment is in the 5th floor and the lift uses a key which is in the apartment. - It says that there is parking, but it's not always available. One of the nights it was packed of cars with no space, but we could find outside. - They keep a deposit of 300 euros which is unusual for booking, however, they returned it right away as we left.

El alojamiento en sí estaba bien, todo nuevo y reformado.

Lo peor fue que venden que tienen parking privado y por un lado, es al aire libre, entrando por una barrera y no indican que depende el día y de la gente que aparque tendrás plaza o no. Un día al llegar por la noche no había hueco para aparcar y me dicen que al día siguiente se pondrán en contacto conmigo (a ver qué hago yo con el coche esa noche en una zona sin nada de aparcamiento). Al día siguiente nadie me dice nada y tengo que volverles a hablar para que me digan una solución por si ese día me vuelve a pasar lo mismo y no obtengo respuesta por parte del personal. Éramos 6 personas para 5 días y solamente pusieron toallas para 5 personas y además solamente dos rollos de papel higiénico. La zona con muchas cuestas para subir a la zona del apartamento.
