Appartement bien situé, proche du centre, des commerces et de la place du marché. Appartement bien agencé et balcon de taille très correcte.
Il manque cependant quelques appareils indispensables lors d'une location: seche-cheveux, machine à laver le linge et surtout ventilateur vu la chaleur dans cet appartement. Les 34 degrés a l'intérieur pendant la semaine de canicule ont très difficiles à tolérer. Il y a un etendoir à linge sur le balcon tellement rouillé qu'il n'est pas possible de poser son linge au risque qu'il soit taché.
