Es ist ein einfaches Apartment in einer großen Wohnanlage..hoher Lärmpegel durch Nachbarn, ein Bad ist allenfalls eine Toilette,die Dusche war aufgrund von Verkalkung unbrauchbar. Poolliegen ohne Auflagen aus hartplastik. Die Lage ist irgendwo im Niemandsland. Fussläufig ca 30 min zum Meer und Promenade. Direkte Umgebung völlig unattraktiv.

It was cleaned and had a nice view from the balcony. There is a coffee machine and washing machine and full functioning kitchen. The host was extremely attentive and helpful, even wanted to pick us up from the port. But I would have preferred more privacy and anonymity. He went with us the first day and had to explain how to get to our floor, open doors, use washing machine and showed us everything. It’s just not what I want during the vacation. But again, he was really nice!

The property is a regular apartment in residential apartment complex. In the building there were signs saying that renting apartments was strictly forbidden, so we felt quite uncomfortable with the neighbours. As you see in the pictures, the building has several “layers” or floors and the apartment didn’t feel like a penthouse but just a regular apartment with the balcony. The sun is shining directly the whole day, so the balcony can not be used during the day and it gets really hot! It was also quite far from the city centre. The bed was also uncomfortable. In general: not worth the money. For the money we could have stayed in the hotel with the breakfast.

The appartment was wonderful and was beyond our expectations. It was large and very homely and had everything we needed for our stay. The views were amazing. The complex was quiet and very well maintained. We had the pool mostly to ourselves. The man who met us at the penthouse was wonderful and let us check-in early which was greatly appreciated. It was a leisurely 15 minute stroll down to Los Cristianos. There are lots of bars and restaurants around and we're spoilt for choice.

Nothing to dislike. We had a fabulous time. Would not hesitate to book this wonderful apartment and visit Los Cristianos again.
