Support non existent. We did not know we needed 12 pages of instructions to gain entry. We did not know we had to get on our knees on a filthy footpath outside the building to access the lockbox. We had 16 phone calls and messages consuming many hours of OUR holiday over 4 days trying to get the internet/TV to work. It still doesn't. There is only one bedside table. The fridge only melts ice or freezes everything in the fridge. No en-suite from the bedroom you have to go through the lounge, then kitchen, then laundry, to reach the toilet. The light over one side of the bed didn't work and was cunningly placed to hit you on the head as you got in and out of bed.
