Surface clean done but lots of dust around the vents and sides of the beds. Previous occupants underwear under two of the beds!! Notified property of maintenance issue that was not dealt with

Great location close to Disney. Loved that it is a 3/3 setup, as this allowed each member of our party to have a private room and bathroom. Private pool nice, though go we didn’t use it. It looked clean. On site amenities like the marketplace and cafe were great, but we were not informed of their offerings by the host.

Cleanliness needs to be improved. Mickey room had dried urine on the front of the toilet. Living room/kitchen has a very shoddy repair to the ceiling where master bath likely had a water leak. Toilet handle in master bath must be held down (10-12 seconds) in order to flush. The tap water in this room smells and tastes of sulfur, which my companions stated was not an issue in their rooms. Star Wars bedroom did not have a conveniently placed outlet (thankfully I brought an extension cord in case such a circumstance occurred). Several outlets in the kitchen and living room were broken or only partially functional. The dish washer needs a deep clean, as it had a layer of scum inside the door and some dishes we pulled from the cabinets were visibly dirty, and remained so after being run through the heavy wash cycle.

Lovely grounds and kept well maintained, daily trash collection is amazing. Enjoyed having a private pool and towels provided. The grounds amenities, splash pool, main pool, Gym and small store. This was a nice touch. Kids activities throughout the day each activity last about 10 minutes. The villa was spacious, liked having private en-suite bathrooms for each room.

Villa could do with a little modernisation as it’s dated. There were 6 of us and would have been nice to have a bigger table for us all to enjoy a meal together as only sat 4 people. Did find tiny ants in the upstairs bathrooms. Shower pressure was mild and temperature didn’t get as hot as I would have liked. Starwars room - bed is small needs to be bigger was very noisy when you move about. Beach room - bed looks huge but had a massive gap between the frame and mattress. Pillows are terrible they are so so flat I had no support for my neck and head. Mickey room - could probably do with putting two smaller doubles for a kids room, the bunk is old and not very sturdy. Also didn’t have a remote for this TV had to be requested. Drive is only big enough for one vehicle, additional vehicles are parked a short walk to the car park. Walmart is a 2 minute drive, if you want to cook and get snacks. America it self has got very expensive to eat out.
